Great staff, have an issue with my inner ear canal currently, went in and filled out the form and mentioned my concerns to Susan, she was very polite and understanding! Had a look in my ears to check and let me know how everything looked and then refused to take my payment for the session as there was no removal! Hopefully I never have to go back to a hearing clinic but if I did this would be my choice! Recommend!

Went in yesterday to check out the place and to see if I could get an appointment while I'm here in scotland. Got thevappoint the next day and the customer service was amazing and very welcoming; great information about how microsuction works and there is no pain like the old days of using lots of water. Today they didn't even use water as i had a day to soften my ears up with olive oil or urea peroxide. A friendly and comfy environment with lovely chatty staff. I certainly recommend this place as the best hearing place I've been to in a while. Certainly in my top ten of 2025, especially at No.1.

Thank you for a great service and to make me feel comfortable while I'm there.

See you in 2026 for my next appointment and have a wonderful xmas and new year 😀

Lovely staff, I had Susan as my audiologist and she was very helpful when it came to explaining my options for hearing aids. She discussed my hearing loss in detail rather than glossing over the numbers etc and helped me when it came to getting set up, adjusting them as and how I preferred them.

Super friendly and convenient service! Initially went for a check up due to slight hearing loss, advised on the issue and how to prevent in future. Attended again recently and the service is still 5/5. Thank you!

I had been suffering from a blockage in my ear for over a week. Found Paisley Hearing Care by chance. Called and got an appointment the same day wiith Susan. She talked me through every stage of microsuction and what she was about to do. The experience was amazing and pain free. I now have my confidence back Susan. Thank You!

Visited today to get both ears cleaned. Sean was amazing, explained the process, was able to show me on screen the inside of my ears and quickly and painlessly removed the blocked wax in my ears and gave excellent after care advice. Would highly recommend going to see Sean if you have any issues with ears or hearing.
