Our First One-Team Meeting

A Great Start to the Year with Our First One-Team Meeting. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting a staff training session for The Optical Factory, Kilmarnock & Paisley Hearing Care. As our first one-team meeting of the year, it was an exciting opportunity to welcome new team members and integrate them into our shared vision and values for the business. We explored our company values, highlighting how they guide us not only in delivering exceptional care to our clients but also in creating a supportive and inclusive workplace. One of the standout moments was discussing the opportunities available for staff to contribute to our charity initiatives, which was set up to provide Eye Care & Hearing Care to children less fortuned in Kenya. It’s inspiring to see how our team can make a difference in the community, extending our care beyond the workplace and the UK. Welcome to Lisa & Will who joined the team from M&S. Fantastic start to the new year getting the team to work together! This session was a reminder of the importance of unity and purpose as we move forward together. I’m looking forward to seeing our team grow and achieve great things this year!
